These terms apply when you buy from Acid Malaya™ through this website. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy.
1. About these terms
This website is run by Acid Malaya™, Seri Kembangan, Selangor, Malaysia. These terms don't affect your rights as a consumer under Malaysian law.
2. Orders
When you place an order you'll get an order number and a link to your order page. Placing the order reserves the items for you. The contract between us is formed when we confirm your payment.
We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item turns out to be unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if payment isn't received. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.
3. Prices
Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No sales tax is charged on our items. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you place your order.
4. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer. After placing your order, transfer the total shown on your order page, using your order number as the reference, and email the receipt to acidmalayaclothing@gmail.com. We pack and ship once the payment is confirmed. If we don't receive payment, we may cancel the order and release the items.
5. Shipping
We ship across Malaysia and internationally. Rates for Peninsular Malaysia and for Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan are shown at checkout. For international orders, we email you a shipping quote before you pay.
Delivery times depend on the courier and destination. Once your order ships, your order page shows its tracking number. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct — we can't be responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.
6. Pre-orders
Items marked pre-order are made or restocked after you order. We'll confirm the expected shipping date by email.
7. Changes & cancellations
To change or cancel an order, contact us at acidmalayaclothing@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number, and our team will guide you through it. Once an order has shipped it can't be changed or cancelled — please see Returns instead.
8. Returns & refunds
To return a purchase, email acidmalayaclothing@gmail.com with your order number and the reason, and we'll tell you how to send it back. Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, let us know with photos and we'll put it right.
Refunds are made to your bank account about 2 weeks after the refund is confirmed.
9. Products, sizes & colours
Each product page has a size guide; measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. Colours can look different on different screens, and the glow of UV-reactive prints depends on the UV light used.
10. Designs & content
All designs, artwork, photos, videos and text on this site belong to Acid Malaya™ or the artists and collaborators credited. Please don't copy or use them commercially without our permission.
11. Liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, or for delays caused by events outside our control (for example, courier disruptions). Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the Malaysian courts have jurisdiction.
